Embarking on the Journey of Digital Art: My Creative Ventures
I have always had a deep love for art, but unfortunately, I'm not blessed with the innate talent to create exquisite drawings. Art evokes emotions for me, and there's a special connection I feel with my own artwork. While I may not share the same emotional bond with others' artwork, there's an undeniably meaningful connection when I look at my creations—similar to the bond a parent has with a child.
Recently, I realized my passion for creating art is not limited to the traditional forms. With the advent of technology, I discovered a new avenue in digital art. With the help of an AI logo generator, Sketch Logo AI, I have been able to create impressive art pieces. The tool has not only inspired me but also motivated me to explore further. I am excited to share some examples of my digital art journey with you.
My Digital Art Journey: A Novice's Step-by-Step Guide
I began my digital art journey just a few months ago, in November. Since then, I have been experimenting and honing my skills. My primary focus has been on portraits, as these require a keen eye for observation to capture the likeness accurately. While landscapes and still-life can have some room for error, portraits leave no such margin. Poor observation can result in a mishmash of features instead of a realistic representation.
Creating Art Through My YouTube Channel
With my newfound passion, I decided to share my journey with others. I have started a YouTube channel where you can follow me for more detailed visuals. Currently, my channel features how-to videos on creating digital art. I plan to upload more tutorials in the near future, catering to both beginners and enthusiasts.
Examples of My Digital Art
Here are a couple of my recent works that I would like to share:
A portrait of the Korean actress Go Ara, playing Ah Ro in the Kdrama Hwarang. This was created using Photoshop.
A depiction of Hermione Granger, best friend to Harry Potter. Again, this was done on Photoshop.
For those interested in following my progress, you can explore Drawing Desk, where I have been consistently posting my artworks. They are a great resource for learning and sharing your own digital art.
Additionally, you can find more of my work on my Instagram page at @mubashsira_binta. I hope to inspire you to embark on your own digital art journey and share your creations with the world.
Paving the Way for the Future
I started my digital art journey a year ago, and I am still in the learning phase. I usually use an iPad and an Apple Pencil along with the Procreate app to create these drawings. My works might not be perfect, but I am satisfied with the outcomes, despite my busy schedule. I am dedicated to this passion and am hopeful that each project brings me closer to mastering the art of digital creation.
Thank you for reading about my journey. If you are interested in learning more, consider checking out the resources mentioned above. Happy creating!
